Hi! My name is Parnell, and I am a private Mathematics and Spanish tutor. I graduated from Elmhurst College with a double major in Marketing and Spanish, but I recently decided to go back to school. Although I was doing prerequisites for a master's of Computer Science, I realized that tutoring, especially Mathematics, is my true passion. I have often found myself leading study groups, my classmates recognizing my talent for explaining difficult concepts in simple terms. Talent aside, I love tutoring because I love the challenge of trying to figure out exactly why someone does not understand something, and then tailoring my approach to fit his or her needs. I currently offer tutoring in: Mathematics: Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus, Calculus I Spanish: High school Spanish through AP Language College Spanish: beginner through grammar and composition Feel free to send me a message.
